Shipping
In-stock inventory items are processed and ready to head your way within 2–3 business days. For our Pre-Order items, please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery, as these are specially prepared just for you. We’ll send a tracking number to your email as soon as your package ships!
Returns
At Creative Compass Collective, we stand behind the quality of every Karisma piece we sell. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy starting from the date your package is delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Tags Attached: All original tags and branding must remain securely attached.
- Hygiene: For the health and safety of our community, items showing any signs of wear, odors (including perfume or detergent), pet hair, or marks will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Compliant Returns & Restocking Fees
We reserve the right to inspect all returns upon receipt. Items returned without tags, worn, soiled, or damaged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or refused entirely, depending on the condition of the item. If refused, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Shipping
- Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for packages lost/stolen in transit.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will cover the shipping costs to correct our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size of the same Karisma piece, provided the original item meets our return eligibility criteria.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us.
- As a courtesy, Creative Compass Collective will ship the new exchanged item out to you free of charge (one time per order, domestic US only).
Refunds & Process
- Contact Us: Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Ship Your Item: Mail your package to the address provided in our email instructions.
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
- Refund Methods: Approved refunds will strictly be applied to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
Fair Play
We are committed to a fair experience for everyone. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy—including excessive or unreasonable returns—may result in the rejection of future transactions.
