Order Cancellation Policy

At Creative Compass Collective, we understand that minds can change. Our cancellation policy applies strictly to standard one-time orders before they have been fulfilled.

Order Cancellation Window You may request to cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. We typically process orders within 24 hours of receipt.

How to Request a Cancellation To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at hello@creativecompasscollective.us with your Order Number in the subject line. We will do our best to catch the order before it is packed.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped If your package has already been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. At that point, the order becomes a return. Once you receive the package, you may return it in accordance with our standard 14-Day Return Policy (items must be unworn, with tags attached).
