Authentic Karisma by Gi & Gi Ice Fashion is available in the United States through Creative Compass Collective LLC, the official exclusive U.S. distributor. Skaters can shop the latest Karisma jackets, shirts, pants, and training wear directly through our online store. 

Where is Karisma skating wear made?
Karisma skating apparel is designed and 100% made in Italy, using high-performance fabrics and finished with authentic Swarovski® crystals.

What are the benefits of purchasing through an authorized U.S. distributor? 
Buying through an authorized distributor gives you access to "off-menu" customization—like unique fabric and color pairings not found in the standard online catalog. You also benefit from expert, personalized customer service for sizing and design, and the ability to place specialized team orders with professional coordination.

What is a "Second Skin" cut?
The "Second Skin" cut is a technical design specifically engineered for figure skaters. Unlike traditional loose-fitting athletic wear, this design is intended to hug the body tightly. This ensures the fabric moves perfectly with you on the ice, providing maximum support and heat retention during intense movement.

How should the apparel feel when I'm wearing it?
You should expect a high-compression, performance fit. It will feel significantly tighter and closer to the body than everyday clothing or other traditional skating brands. This compression is intentional to support your muscles and maintain a streamlined silhouette.

How do I find my correct size?
Because our technical sizing differs from standard street clothes, we recommend ignoring your usual dress or shirt size. Instead:
1. Take accurate measurements of your current height and weight.
2. Compare those metrics against our specific Karisma sizing table.

How do I care for my Karisma apparel?
To preserve the technical "Second Skin" fit and the brilliance of the Swarovski® crystals, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Always hang to dry; never use a tumble dryer or bleach, as high heat can damage the high-compression fibers.

How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock inventory items are processed and ready to head your way within 2–3 business days. For our Pre-Order items, please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery, as these are specially prepared just for you. 

Do you offer international shipping?
As the official U.S. distributor for Karisma, we primarily handle orders and shipping within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us directly with your specific location. While we do not ship internationally ourselves, we can direct you to the authorized Karisma agent or distributor responsible for your region to ensure you get the best local service and support.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Karisma apparel. You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are: In original condition with all tags still attached & Unworn and Unwashed.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges?
Due to our high inventory turnover, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size. This ensures your new gear reaches you as quickly as possible!

Are there any restocking fees?
To maintain the hygiene and quality of our performance gear, items returned without tags, or those that show signs of wear or soil, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be refused entirely.

Do you offer custom designs or team discounts?
Yes! We provide exclusive access to custom fabric and color combinations not listed on our site. We also handle special team requests for clubs and synchronized groups, offering personalized support to ensure every skater gets the perfect fit and style.

Can I use discount codes on Team Orders?
Our standard promotional codes apply to our general collections. Because Team Orders involve specialized coordination and custom fabric pairings, they are quoted separately and are not eligible for additional website discount codes.
